I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I HAVE ORDERED
We hope you will be entirely satisfied with your Sarah Chapman Skinesis products, but if you want to return something you have ordered, please contact orders@sarahchapman.net explaining the reason of the return. We will accept any unopened, unused product for return, within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a refund on receipt of the returned product.
Please note: we cannot accept any returns that have been purchased from one of our retailers.
DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCtS ON ANIMALS?
Sarah Chapman Skinesis does not and never has tested its products, its active ingredients or its raw materials on animals at any point during the product development or manufacturing process. However we cannot guarantee that the ingredients used in our products have not been tested by animals at some point by their manufacturers.
IS IT SAFE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS DURING Pregnancy / illness oR medical PRESCRIpTION?
Whilst many of our clients continue to use our products during pregnancy / whilst undergoing medical treatments / rosacea / acne we would recommend that you consult your doctor or health visitor before continuing to use our products.
I have received my order but one item is Faulty, what should I do?
If you have experienced issues with one of the items you have ordered from our website (faulty product, damaged package, etc) please contact info@sarahchapman.net and send us a picture of the concerned item. We will make very effort to assist you in the best way possible.

DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES OF YOUR PROUCTS?
Whilst we are sometimes unable to send tailored samples we do have a great range of travel sized products available which are a great introduction to the Sarah Chapman Skinesis range. These can be purchased via our website.
WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
You can purchase our full Sarah Chapman Skinesis range of products both on our website and in our Skinesis Clinic in London. We also have a wide range of stockists nationally and internationally, including SpaceNK, Harrods, Net-a-Porter and QVC. Find more information about our Stockists here.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
You can safely use your Sarah Chapman Skinesis products within 2 years following their purchase date, as long as they have not been opened. If opened please see packaging for details.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
We do offer international deliveries worldwide. The delivery price depends on the destination so please refer to our Delivery page for further information.
Please, note that we do not offer a special delivery (next day delivery) service on our website.
What should I do If I have an allergy/A REACTION to one of your products?
If you have an allergy or have had a reaction after using a Sarah Chapman Skinesis product, we invite you to send us specific details, and where possible pictures, of the affected area to info@sarahchapman.net. We will then send you an allergy form to fill out and will make every effort to assist you in the best way possible.
